Logos for the product labeling
After the inspection and/or certification, agroVet customers are entitled to use the agroVet registered brand(s) to identify/label products and for advertising purposes.
Basically applies: The following images are trademarked symbols of agroVet. You can download these characters free of charge from the links below, but you undertake to use them in accordance with the guidelines. This will be checked during the inspection. Any unauthorized use and any interference can be prosecuted.
Misuse of trademarks (agroVet): In the event of misuse of the brand(s), the contracting parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution in advance. For the first violation, agroVet undertakes to prescribe a written warning including appropriate corrective measures. In the event of subsequent violations or if an amicable solution is not possible, the customer is obliged to pay a contractual penalty of 10% of the turnover achieved with incorrectly labeled products, but at least € 1,000.00. This contractual penalty is not subject to the judicial right of moderation. In addition, agroVet is entitled to immediately terminate the inspection contract in the event of labeling not complying with the contract.
